Originally from the UK, Leo began his career in 2006 in the Soho broadcast world. Relocating to North America in 2011, Leo spent the best part of a decade consulting on and developing post-production pipelines for major film and TV studios. Leo joined the Netflix team in 2018 and has worked extensively throughout Europe and Africa, supporting Netflix’s producing partners on some of its most-loved local language originals such as Blood & Water, Savage Beauty, Silverton Siege, Lupin, and Ragnarok.
